This engine features multiple injection capabilities, a rail pressure of up to 220 MPa, and an ultra-small spray hole design for optimal fuel atomization. As a result, combustion efficiency increases, leading to immediate power surges.
The engine is equipped with a grid structure cylinder block, end-ink cast iron body and cylinder head, high-strength alloy steel crankshaft, high-pressure ratio supercharger, and high-efficiency heat exchange intercooler, forming a stable "core" capable of operating under high-intensity conditions.
Concerning efficiency, the engine offers fuel consumption as low as 185g/kWh, making it an energy-saving and environmentally friendly choice. Its emissions across the entire series meet non-road stage III and higher standards. The engine exhibits excellent environmental adaptability by maintaining power levels at altitudes of up to 2000m above sea level and starting directly at -25℃.
In extremely cold environments as low as -41 + 2℃, an optional water boiler and oil heating feature are available.
