This diesel generator set has a multitude of outstanding features. Its design includes an integral crankshaft, gantry body, flat-cut connecting rod, and short piston. The overall appearance is compact and the layout is reasonable, which enables it to efficiently coordinate mechanically while conserving space.
Its combustion performance is optimized by utilizing a new type of restricted combustion chamber design that drastically increases the injection pressure. By doing so it effectively improves the combustion process, meeting environmental protection indicators while also being energy-efficient and eco-friendly.
The lubrication and cooling system have been meticulously optimized and carefully designed to significantly decrease the number of external pipes and parts. This not only reduces the chance of failure but also makes the unit itself more concise and efficient.
J98 and J114b exhaust gas turbochargers are equipped, increasing the unit's plateau working capabilities. It can consistently work dependably in plateau environments, meeting specific geological needs.
